REQUESTING A RETURN
Please email info@legoeheritage.com to organise any returns or exchanges. Our returns portal will be back up and running ASAP.
GENERAL
Please note: if you (the customer) need to return any pieces back to us (we are located in Australia), it is up to the responsibility of the customer to pay for this return.
You can either send this back with your own choice of courier (at your own cost), or we can supply a label for you (at an additional cost). Please submit your return via the above Return Portal. Returns Labels can be provided through the portal, by either deducting the cost of the label from your refund or credit note amount, or by pre-purchasing when an exchange is selected.
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order (or refuse order/return to sender) when this has already been shipped, any shipping charges (to/from) and duties/taxes incurred by us for returning your order will be deducted from your total refund. A $50 AUD processing and handling fee will also be deducted from your refund.
DUTIES & TAXES
Important: Orders to countries outside Australia (excluding the USA & CA) may be subject to import duties and/or tax fees when it reaches your country in which LÉGOE unfortunately does not have control over and thus cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order to get an accurate estimate.
Duties & Taxes are non-refundable.
If the customer refuses to pay the duties/taxes imposed by their country and the parcel is returned to us as 'Return To Sender', both shipping charges and any duties/taxes that we incur both ways will be deducted from your total refund. A $50 AUD processing and handling fee will also be deducted from your refund.
USA & CANADA - the total amount at checkout includes all customs duties & taxes. There will be no additional charge on delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange* and as such we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange* where goods:
- You have submitted your return request through the above Returns Portal
- Are sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Are accompanied with your proof of purchase
- Are returned in their original saleable condition with the original tags attached
- Have not been worn, washed or damaged; and
*Please Note: We do not allow exchanges for any international orders.
*Please Note: If your return does not comply with the conditions above, your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
All Orders:
All returns are to be submitted through the above Return Portal links (at the top of this page), and simply follow the prompts. You can be supplied with a return label through our portal (at a reduced cost from market rate), or you are welcome to use your own shipping method and thus the cost is up to you. If you are choosing your own return shipping method, please ship your return to the below address:

Please Note: If choosing your own return shipping method, we strongly recommend using a traceable method when returning goods to LÉGOE - if your return parcel to us is lost and you don't have any tracking details then we unfortunately are unable to process your return. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer. You can either send your return back with your own choice of courier (at your own cost), or we can supply a label for you through our above Return Portal (at an additional cost).
Any returning items that are not on their way back to us within 14 days of being received, will become void and you will have to submit a new return through the above Return Portal.
All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence the speed of processing times.

EXCHANGES
International Orders:
We are unable to process exchanges for any international orders. If you wish to exchange a size or style, we recommend you make a new purchase (to avoid any shipping delays and potential items going out of stock) and return your original order for a refund.
Australian Orders:
If you need to exchange an item, it's up to the customer to cover the cost to send back your item(s), but we will cover the cost to send out your new/exchanged item(s).
Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. All exchanges are shipped out via standard shipping. If you would like your exchange shipped with express post this will be $15 and you will need to contact our Customer Service team after submitting your return in our Returns Portal to have your shipping upgraded.
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on 'Final Sale' items. 'Final Sale' items are final so we recommend choosing carefully. If you need any help with sizing, please contact our Customer Care team.
For exchanges on promotional/discounted items (eg orders that have used Welcome Offers), we allow exchanges in size for the same product/colour only. If you are after an alternative style or colour for the item(s) you are wanting to return/exchange, you will be issued with either a refund or credit note for the actual price paid (so price less any discount codes used at the time of purchase).
FAULTY/INCORRECT ORDERS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused by receiving a faulty or incorrect piece in your order.
Our Team packs every order carefully along with running quality checks on all orders before they are dispatched, however mistakes can still occur due to human error.
In the case that this does happen, please email our Customer Service Team at info@legoeheritage.com with as much detail as possible and any images that will help our team to fix this up in a timely manner for you.
Any items that are deemed faulty by our team or are incorrect, we will cover the cost to send these back to us. Please do not submit these returns through the Returns Portal or you will be charged for a Return Label.
RETURN LIMIT
LÉGOE cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external boutique.
