Please note: if you (the customer) need to return any pieces back to us, it is up to the responsibility of the customer to pay for this return. Currently the cost to return items if you are from overseas (eg USA, CA), is really high which is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be responsible for covering any return shipping fees. We advise taking this into consideration before purchasing anything.


Returns and exchanges

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange* and as such we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange* where goods: 

  • Are sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Are accompanied with your proof of purchase
  • Are returned in their original saleable condition with the original tags attached
  • Have not been worn, washed or damaged; and
  • A Return Authorisation (RA) Number has been approved and is accompanied with your return form (sent with your original order) 

*PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow exchanges for any international orders.


How to return or exchange

All Orders:

Contact us via email (info@legoeheritage.com) to request a return authorisation (RA) number. Please confirm whether you wish to exchange (available for Australian Customers only) for an alternative size or return as a refund. Once your return/exchange has been approved, we will email you with an RA number. Please complete the returns form and post with your goods to:

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to process exchanges for any international orders. If you wish to exchange a size or style, we recommend you make a new purchase (to avoid any shipping delays and potential items going out of stock) and return your original order for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: we strongly recommend using a traceable method when returning goods to LÉGOE - if your return parcel to us is lost and you don't have any tracking details then we won't be able to process any refund. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.

Any returning items that are not on their way back to us within 14 days from delivery, will become void and you will have to contact us again for your return/exchange to be approved and to receive a new RA Number.

All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order (or refuse order/return to sender) when this has already been shipped, any shipping charges (to/from) and duties/taxes incurred by us for returning your order will be deducted from your total refund.


Exchanges

International Orders:

We are unable to process exchanges for any international orders. If you wish to exchange a size or style, we recommend you make a new purchase (to avoid any shipping delays and potential items going out of stock) and return your original order for a refund.

Australian Orders:

If you need to exchange an item, it's up to the customer to cover the cost to send back your item(s), but we will cover the cost to send out your new/exchanged item(s).

However, if you need to exchange your order for a second time, both the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us, and the cost of shipping the new item(s) back out to you, will be up to you (the customer). The fee for sending back out your second exchange is our standard shipping rate of $9.90 for Australian orders.

Please allow up to 14 days for exchange. All exchanges are shipped out via standard shipping. If you would like your exchange shipped with express post this will be $15 and you will need to inform us when you request your RA number.


Sale / Discounted items

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on 'Final Sale' items. 'Final Sale' items are final so we recommend choosing carefully.

For exchanges on promotional/discounted items (eg orders that have used Welcome Offers), we allow exchanges in size for the same product/colour only. If you are after an alternative style or colour for the item(s) you are wanting to return/exchange, you will be issued with either a refund or credit note for the actual price paid (so price less any discount codes used at the time of purchase).


Return limit

LEGOE. cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external boutique.
