Please note: if you (the customer) need to return any pieces back to us (we are located in Australia), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this return. Currently the cost to return items if you are from overseas (eg USA, CA), is really high which is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be responsible for covering any return shipping fees. We advise taking this into consideration before purchasing anything.

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order (or refuse order/return to sender) when this has already been shipped, any shipping charges (to/from) and duties/taxes incurred by us for returning your order will be deducted from your total refund.

IMPORTANT: Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or tax fees in which LÉGOE unfortunately does not have control over and thus cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order to get an accurate estimate.

Duties & Taxes are non-refundable.

If the customer refuses to pay the duties/taxes imposed by their country and the parcel is returned to us as 'Return To Sender', both shipping charges and any duties/taxes that we incur both ways will be deducted from your total refund.

Orders placed on a weekday will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day (e.g. if placed at 1pm on a Monday, your order will go out on the Tuesday afternoon assuming Tuesday is not a public holiday). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next working business day. Order placed in the morning before 12pm usually get shipped that same day assuming it's not a weekend, public holiday or sale period.

LEGOE. offers FREE STANDARD Shipping on all Australian orders over $200. For Australian orders under $200, Standard Shipping is $9.90.

Express Shipping is also available for a flat rate of $15 however if your order is over $500, Express Shipping is FREE.

LEGOE. orders are shipped via Australian Registered Post.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframe for Express Shipping is the 1-2 working days (depending on your location) and Standard Shipping is 2-7 working days (depending on your location). For locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.

LÉGOE offers FREE EXPRESS Shipping on all International orders over $500 AUD. For International orders under $500 AUD, shipping fees are:

- $25 NZD for New Zealand

- $20 USD for USA

- $25 CAD for Canada

- 15.95GPB for UK

- $30 AUD for rest of world

For International Shipping, LÉGOE uses DHL Express. Due to custom requirements we cannot deliver to PO Boxes overseas, so we will require either a business or private street address.

If you've purchased a pre-order item together with an in stock item, these items will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are back in stock. You may request to have your in stock item shipped earlier by contacting us to arrange an additional shipping fee.
