Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Spend & Save Promotion 

The Légoe Heritage Spend & Save promotion (from Tuesday 26th May 2026) applies to selected products within the nominated Spend & Save collection only. Customers will receive the following discount when purchasing eligible products in a single transaction: 

  • Buy 2 eligible items and receive 15% off those items  
  • Buy 3 eligible items and receive 20% off those items  
  • Buy 4 or more eligible items and receive 30% off those items  

The discount will be applied automatically at cart once the required number of eligible items has been added. This promotion applies only to products included within the relevant Spend & Save ‘Essentials’ collection page. Products outside this collection are excluded and will not count towards the Spend & Save item threshold. The discount applies to eligible products only and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated. If an item purchased as part of the Spend & Save promotion is returned, the final discount applied to the order willbe adjusted to reflect the number of eligible items retained. Refunds will be calculated based on the price paid after the promotional discount. Légoe Heritage reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. 

MID YEAR SALE

The Mid Year Sale is available online from 12:00AM AEST on 16 June 2026 until 11:59PM AEST on 30 June 2026. Prices are as marked and include an additional 30% discount on selected sale items. Automatically applied at cart. Exclusions apply. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code or offer unless otherwise stated. All purchases are subject to our standard returns policy. Légoe Heritage reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion, including eligible products and discount levels, at any time without notice.

“Your Order Could Be On Us” Promotion

For a limited time, selected orders placed during 11am and 3pm AEST may be chosen by LÉGOE HERITAGE to receive a refund of the order value. Winners will be selected at random and contacted directly by LÉGOE HERITAGE via email, with refunds processed only once the selected order has been delivered. Refunds apply to the product/order value only and exclude shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes and any other additional costs incurred by the customer. If any item from a selected order is returned, the refund will be void and no reimbursement will be processed. Standard return, exchange and final sale conditions continue to apply. By participating, customers acknowledge that LÉGOE HERITAGE may share anonymised basket/order content for promotional purposes, with no identifiable customer information disclosed. LÉGOE HERITAGE reserves the right to verify orders and amend, extend, cancel or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
