Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase other non Pre-Order items within the same order as a Pre-Order item, your whole order will be held and shipped as one, once your Pre-Order item has arrived to us. If you'd like your other items earlier, please contact customer service team at info@legoeheritage.com to discuss further.

Spend & Save Promotion

The Légoe Heritage Spend & Save promotion (from Tuesday 26th May 2026) applies to selected products within the nominated Spend & Save collection only. Customers will receive the following discount when purchasing eligible products in a single transaction:

Buy 2 eligible items and receive 15% off those items
Buy 3 eligible items and receive 20% off those items
Buy 4 or more eligible items and receive 30% off those items

The discount will be applied automatically at cart once the required number of eligible items has been added. This promotion applies only to products included within the relevant Spend & Save ‘Essentials’ collection page. Products outside this collection are excluded and will not count towards the Spend & Save item threshold. The discount applies to eligible products only and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated. If an item purchased as part of the Spend & Save promotion is returned, the final discount applied to the order willbe adjusted to reflect the number of eligible items retained. Refunds will be calculated based on the price paid after the promotional discount. Légoe Heritage reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

$1,000 LÉGOE Heritage Voucher Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Open to residents of Australia and the United States aged 18+. Promotion runs from 1 September 2026 until 11:59PM AEST on 30 September 2026. Eligible participants who submit their details via the designated LÉGOE Heritage lead generation form during the promotional period will receive one (1) entry into the draw. One (1) winner will receive a LÉGOE Heritage gift voucher valued at AUD $1,000 (or equivalent value in USD for a US winner). The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by LÉGOE Heritage using the contact details provided. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and subject to LÉGOE Heritage gift voucher terms. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or Facebook. LÉGOE Heritage reserves the right to verify entries and amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.

Eligible styles will be marked down to AUD $100 on the LÉGOE Heritage website, with no discount code or purchase limit required. Offer is subject to stock availability.

Returns are accepted in accordance with the LÉGOE Heritage Returns Policy. Size exchanges are permitted only for the exact same style and colour, subject to availability. Promotional products cannot be exchanged for another colour if that colour was not included in the promotion.

$100 Maternity Knits Promotion | United States

This promotion is available to US customers only and runs from 12:00AM PDT Saturday 26 September until 11:59PM PDT Sunday 27 September 2026. It applies exclusively to selected products within the $100 Maternity Knits collection. Eligible styles will be marked down to USD $100 on the LÉGOE Heritage website, with no discount code or purchase limit required. Offer is subject to stock availability.

Returns are accepted in accordance with the LÉGOE Heritage Returns Policy. Size exchanges are permitted only for the exact same style and colour, subject to availability.Promotional products cannot be exchanged for another colour if that colour was not included in the promotion.
