Annie’s Everyday Choc Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup non-diary milk of your choice
1 large ripe banana
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
pinch ground cinnamon
¼ cup ice optional
How to make:
Pop everything into your blender. Blend it on high until smooth, creamy and a little bit frothy. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy immediately.

Want to sneak in some extra goodness? Try adding a handful of baby spinach, a teaspoon of flax seeds, or even some frozen zucchini or cauliflower for that creamy texture. Trust us — chocolate covers all.
