*To prevent stretch marks:
From as soon as you know you are pregnant, every evening before bed, massage in a few drops of argan oil all over the belly, butt, hips and breasts. Repeat daily until birth!
*For itchy skin:
Massage in a few drops of argan oil each time after your shower, best is before bed. If your skin feels itchy throughout the day, apply again another layer of oil to help soothe it.
*To reduce the appearance stretch marks and scars:
Massage a few drops of the oil into the area with the marks or scars, ideally every night before bed. Repeat multiple times a day if required, or just once daily. Note, you will see quicker results on darker fresher stretch marks as opposed to those already turned white.
*For general skin moisturising and evening complexion:
Massage a few drops of the oil onto your face and body after cleansing/showering, whilst the skin is still moist. Best is right before bed! You can also apply it in the morning before adding makeup. You can completely use argan oil to replace your moisturiser, or use them both. :)
*For preventing hair loss and nourishing the hair:
Massage in a generous amount of argan oil into the scalp, and spread evenly throughout the hair from root to tips. Leave to soak for at least 30 minutes before washing it out. Repeat at least once or twice a week, the more often the better.
